We are always looking forward to giving you the best of products at the best of prices and with the best of hopes that we continue our relations till time abides with your love for things Indian! However if due to some unforeseen situation, you require the return of the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented return.

Return Policy: 

  • We are committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them with 100% satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept the return of the product. We offer a generous 7-day, no-questions-asked return policy.
  • Kindly note return/refund exchange is not acceptable for custom size/standard ready-to-wear size Products.
  • To request a return, kindly send an email to support@fabvivah.in within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that return requests will only be accepted via email and not through any other medium.
  • The customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse in Surat. Fabvivah Plus will reimburse 150/- rupees in reward points for the return shipment.
  • Please note that reward points will be issued for the product price paid by the customer; shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Allow 2-3 business days after the product is received back at our warehouse in Surat for the processing of reward points.
  • If you have any questions about our return/refund policies, please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@fabvivah.in for further assistance.
  • For claims regarding receiving the wrong product, a different product, a damaged product, or a defective product, the customer must provide an unboxing video of the received package. The video should cover all sides of the outer packaging and inner items in a single frame, without any cuts or joints. Shipping labels and other details must be visible in the video.
  • With regards to international orders(outside India), presently we do not have a policy on accepting returns of any product.
  • If a customer does not accept a prepaid order, they will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, if the order needs to be resent, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping charges.

Cancellation Policy: 

  • Fabviavh offers the option to cancel your order, subject to certain terms and conditions. Before proceeding with cancellation, please review the cancellation policy outlined below:
  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after placing the order. However, once an order has been moved to the shipped status, it cannot be canceled.
  • For prepaid orders that are canceled, a deduction of 5% payment gateway charges will be applied.
  • If you cancel your order before it is shipped, a refund will be issued within 7 days of the cancellation request. If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please get in touch with us at support@fabvivah.in.
  • To cancel your order, please email support@ethnicplus.in or contact us at +91 8200919970.
  • Once an order has been delivered, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.


Exchange Policy:

  • If you love the product but wish for a different color, pattern, or size, Ethnic Plus is pleased to offer an exchange option, provided it meets certain conditions. We have a no-questions-asked 7-day exchange policy for our customers’ convenience. Customers can exchange any product available on our website for an item of equal or different value.
  • For exchanges involving higher-priced products, customers will need to pay the difference amount online, as Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for exchange requests.
  • To initiate an exchange, customers must raise a request within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at support@fabvivah.in. Please note that exchange requests will not be accepted after 48 hours from the time of delivery.
  • When requesting an exchange, customers are required to email us at support@ethnicplus.in. We may request a real image of the received product for quality-checking purposes.
  • Please be aware that there are no exchange or return options available for customized, custom-sized, or standard-sized ready-made stitched orders.
  • Regarding international orders (those delivered outside India), we currently do not have a policy for accepting exchanges.
  • For exchange orders, customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our address. We do not currently offer a pickup service. However, we will reimburse customers up to Rs. 150/- for the cost of reverse shipping.
